A festival feel and carnival atmosphere came to Horsham over the May Bank Holiday weekend with its A-MAY-Zing event which featured live music, street performances, great food and drink, children’s activities and lots of fun.
The weekend-long event saw crowds gather to enjoy a great variety of acts on stages across the town including Piries Place, The Carfax, Market Square, and West Street. A fantastic food scene with a vast variety of market stalls and exciting street food was on offer for all to enjoy.
Horsham Museum and Art Gallery also got in on the act hosting an early spring garden party with music from Folkus and South Down Strings.
Organised by Horsham District Council, the occasion brought the whole community together and marked the first in a programme of upcoming spring and summer events, which aim to entertain the public, give a platform to local performers and a boost to local traders.
