Horsham Blueprint re-designation consultation to open

Local business forum Horsham Blueprint Business Neighbourhood Forum (HBBNF) is now required to renew its Neighbourhood Plan Forum status in accordance with national planning regulations.

In order to inform this renewal, Horsham District Council is inviting residents and businesses to comment on the application for re-designation of their Neighbourhood Forum in a public consultation.

The consultation will start from 20 June 2025 and run until 8 August 2025 at 5pm.

Copies of the Horsham Blueprint Business Forum Area Application and supporting documents are available to view on Horsham District Council’s website and at selected deposit points.

Copies of the documentation are available upon prior request for inspection between 20 June and 8 August at:

1. Horsham District Council, Albery House, Springfield Road, Horsham, RH12 2GB between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Call 01403 215100.

Horsham District Council Cabinet Member for Planning and Infrastructure Cllr Ruth Fletcher commented:
