Examination of the Bramber Neighbourhood Plan

Andrew Ashcroft has been appointed as the independent examiner for Bramber Neighbourhood Development Plan. The examiner has produced a clarification note dated the 22 June 2020. The relevant stakeholders have until the 16 July 2020 to respond to the examiner's enquiries.

Bramber Neighbourhood Plan (Regulation 16)

The consultation ran for 9 weeks from 5pm Monday 16 March to midnight 18 May 2020. This consultation has now concluded. Horsham District Council are in discussions with the Parish regarding progression to examination of the plan.

Area approval

Under Regulation 7 the Bramber Neighbourhood Plan Area was approved on February 15 2018.
