Planning Enforcement Register
The planning enforcement register is a statutory requirement and lists all enforcement notices that have been issued as required by legislation.

Local Enforcement Plan
Our Local Enforcement Plan was adopted in October 2021 and sets out how we will manage enforcement proactively and in a way appropriate to the Horsham District. The Plan has been produced in accordance with best practice as set out within Paragraph 59 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2021.
The Plan sets out how we will monitor the implementation of planning permissions, investigate alleged cases of unauthorised development and take action where it is appropriate to do so. This allows us to proactively investigate breaches of planning control and take the necessary action to address the most harmful breaches within the Horsham district.
