Jobs and Skills Fair - Book a Stand
The Horsham District Jobs and Skills Fair brings local employers and local job-hunters together. Over the years, the Jobs and Skills Fair has helped many local businesses recruit new staff and connected jobseekers with employment opportunities across the district.

Whether you are an employer with current or future job vacancies, apprenticeships or career opportunities, exhibiting at the Jobs and Skills Fair offers a valuable platform to meet prospective employees and boost exposure for your business. Training providers are also invited to exhibit to bring awareness to local upskilling opportunities.
Please note: After submitting your booking request , this will be reviewed. If accepted, you will be notified by August 2026.

Our Jobs Fairs have a strong track record of connecting employers with jobseekers. In 2025, attending employers reported that they anticipated filling nearly 70% of their vacancies as a result of the Fair.

How much does it cost to book a stand?
There is a £50 fee for businesses and organisations to exhibit a stand. Registered charities can attend at no cost.
When will I be charged the stand fee?
Once your booking is confirmed (by August 2026) you will receive an email to notify you . You will recieve an invoice to pay Horsham District Council your stand fee before the Jobs Fair takes place. Please ensure you provide a purchase order number on your booking form if one is required.
Parking
Free parking is only available at the Drill Hall to Blue Badge holders. Please see timing and parking (below) for more details.
How will my business be promoted by Horsham District Council?
By exhibiting a stand, your business will have the opportunity to be promoted through a variety of channels such as Horsham District Council webpages, social media, newsletters, media outlets and more. The Jobs and Skills Fair will be promoted to the public through digital channels and print media throughout Horsham District and beyond.
What do I need to provide?
On your booking form we will request a logo, webpage link and a short description of what your business or organisation is. This information will be used on our public facing Horsham Jobs and Skills Fair webpage before the event takes place.
Promoting your business
As an exhibitor you will be provided with a social media graphics pack to support you in promoting your attendance at the Jobs and Skills Fair through your own channels.
What time will I need to be at the event?
We will need exhibitors to arrive by 2:30pm and have their stand ready to exhibit by 3:00pm. The Jobs Fair will open to the public from 3:30pm-7:30pm. Exhibitors must leave after 7:30pm once the event has closed to the public.
Where can I park?
- There is only Blue Badge parking available at the Horsham Drill Hall venue during the event.
- There are alternative town centre car parks close by, including the Denne Road Car Park (short stay close to the Drill Hall), Piries Place Car Park, the Forum Car Park in Blackhorse Way, or the Swan Walk Car Park on Albion Way.

What will be provided?
- A table around 5 or 6 feet in length.
- Chairs (the quantity will depend on what you have selected on your booking form).
- An A3 folded name card, of the business name you have given on your booking form.
- If you have requested electricity on your booking form, you may be given an extension cable depending on your stand location.
What do I need to bring?
- A table cloth and table decor.
- Your own pull up banner or display items to promote your business.
The venue layout
- The layout of the hall is planned precisely according to the bookings and needs of the exhibitors. Specific positioning requests cannot always be catered for.
- Housekeeping notes will be provided before the event takes place, so you are aware of health and safety information, fire exits and more.
Refreshments
A temporary café will be operated during the event, serving teas, coffees, soft drinks, cakes and more.
Visitors
We are anticipating at least 350 visitors on the day (based on previous attendance figures).
Workshops
During the event, workshops will be taking place for jobseekers to attend.
