Sussex Green Living are hosting the following community outreach initiatives this January.
Wednesday 26 January, 6 - 7pm
Youth Eco Forum
The Youth Eco Forum (YEF) is for eco-minded 12-18 year olds. They meet every other week using Zoom (invite only due to safeguarding). The 26 January meeting will be a taster session for potential new YEF members where they can discuss worries, hopes and share ideas and actions. The group is led by a Christ’s Hospital School Eco Ranger.
Saturday 29 January, 10am - 4pm
Sussex Green Hub
The Sussex Green Hub, including the Horsham Repair Cafe, takes place on the last Saturday of every month at the United Reformed Church, 45 Springfield Rd, Horsham RH12 1PT.
This month, between 10am and 1pm, Mark from Community Energy Horsham will be discussing a new initiative looking for roof tops for new community solar energy projects in Horsham District. Email him at energy@sussexgreenliving.co.uk.
