Community Link Calendar

Knepp Castle Deer

Every year we create a calendar for our service users. The calendar can help remind them to test their lifeline pendant and smoke alarms every month and has suitably sized boxes to add daily notes.

The calendar is sent out to the District’s most vulnerable residents, who aren’t always able to get out and see the beautiful scenery our District has to offer. The last few years have been particularly difficult, especially for those who have been shielding, so the calendar is a welcome gift at a difficult time. We are often inundated with phone calls and letters of sincere gratitude.

The 2023 calendar competition

For 2023, our chosen theme is: All Creatures Great and Small.

The 2023 competition has now closed and the winners will be announced soon.

Competition Winner 2022

The winner of the 2022 Wonderful Wildlife calendar competition was local resident Liza Lockyer. Lisa's beautiful picture of a fox cub photographed in her back garden was chosen as the overall winner and featured on the calendar's front cover.

The 2022 calendar was sent to over 1700 of the District's residents. Thank you to everyone who submitted photos, you have helped to brighten someone's day.

You can print off the calendar and add your own reminders to every week, day or month for the whole year in one go. Or perhaps you have a family member you could do this for? Print it off, add reminders and important dates.
