Community Link User Group Forums
User Group Forums give us the opportunity to talk with larger groups of our Service Users in an open and relaxed environment, where everyone is encouraged to share their experiences with our service and any feedback they have.
Everyone is welcomed with a hot drink, a slice of cake and informal chat.
The event also offers the chance to meet other Community Link users, the Community Link staff and any Partner agency that has joined the event. Understanding Service User expectation is invaluable in helping us to continually improve our service.
For 2022 we are looking to host more of our user forums in other locations across the District, starting with our March sessions in Horsham and Storrington. We hope that by making the forums more accessible that more of our customers will be encouraged to join us.
