Community Link User Forums
User forums give us the opportunity to talk with larger groups of our customers in an open and relaxed environment, where customers are encouraged to share their experiences with our service and any feedback they have.
The event also offers our customers the chance to meet other Community Link users and share their experiences. Understanding our customers experiences is invaluable in helping us to continually improve our service.
We have already hosted two user forums held in February this year:
Session 1 - Tuesday 25th February 10:30am- 12pm at Park Barn in Horsham, RH12 1RJ
Session 2 - Wednesday 26th February 10:30am- 12pm at Sullington Village Hall, RH20 3PP
For 2020 we are looking to host more of our user forums in other locations across the District, starting with our February sessions in Horsham and Storrington. We hope that by making the forums more accessible that more of our customers will be encouraged to join us.
