Looking after your physical and mental wellbeing is vital. There are lots of organisations in Horsham District that focus on providing health help and advice, including support for young people.

Helping you to find local wellbeing information and services. Support for things like getting your family fitter, doing some regular exercise, dealing with stress, kicking a habit, or simply improving your general wellbeing.

West Sussex Mind is an independent local charity. We support people with their mental health, provide specialist training and campaign to improve services and promote understanding.

Pathfinder West Sussex
Pathfinder West Sussex is a partnership of mental health, homelessness and employment support organisations working together to improve people’s wellbeing across the county.
If you are feeling anxious, depressed or unable to cope, they can support you through one-to-one sessions, groups and activities, peer support and remote supported self-help to suit your needs. They also support you if you are experiencing poor mental health and homelessness, or living with mental health problems and looking to get into paid employment.

Relationships Sussex
Counselling for individuals, couples, families and children and young people, aged 5+. Also provide psychosexual therapy for those facing sexual problems in their relationships. Offer subsidised counselling.
