Get advice on the energy saving measures that will work for your home with our new online tool Energy Saving Plan Builder. Simply put in your postcode, choose your address and your goal, and suitable energy-saving measures will be suggested for you along with average costs for the works.

• Citizens Advice: Home energy telephone service

  Information and advice about energy problems, including bills, meters or what to do if you're struggling to pay for energy use.

• Horsham Matters

  This charity provides practical help and support to the community by providing essential food, fuel and shelter and working with partners to create sustainable solutions to wellbeing. Self referral or referral by partner agency.

• LEAP

  Local energy advice partnership.  Supporting people who are at risk of going into fuel poverty.

• West Sussex County Council Community Hub emergencies only

  WSCC's Community Hub is open 7 days a week and offers information and advice about support available for those struggling with costs towards fuel or food bills.

• West Sussex Energy

  Hints and tips on heating your home and saving energy. Provides householders, frontline works, councillors and health/community workers with advice on local home energy schemes and support services.
