NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
Land known as the Rookwood Golf Club and Course at Robin Hood Lane, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 3RR .
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (‘the Act’) that Horsham District Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 123(1) of the Act intends to enter into an agreement leading to the grant of a lease for a term of 25 years of the area of land described above and below, which is or may be open space.
The extent of the land forming Rookwood Golf Club and Course is shown edged red on a plan of the land which is available for inspection at the Council’s offices at Albery House, Springfield Road, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 2GB or which can be requested by email to legal@horsham.gov.uk quoting reference 12068.
Representations or objections to the intended disposal should be made in writing and addressed to Legal Services, Horsham District Council, Albery House, Springfield Road, Horsham RH12 2GB or sent by email to legal@horsham.gov.uk by 4pm on 21st March 2025.
