Corporate Peer Challenge
Peer challenge is a proven tool for improvement. It is a process commissioned by a council and involves a small team of local government officers and councillors spending time at the council as peers to provide challenge and share learning.
Horsham District Council took part in a Peer Challenge in 2019. The final report from the LGA is available to view and download below.
The coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown delayed the publication process and some of the recommendations are clearly impacted by the current situation. We will produce an action plan in due course to address those recommendations that are still relevant.
