Set up online billing to pay Council Tax and Business Rates
Manage your Council Tax and Business Rates accounts online with the Horsham Self Service portal.
The portal allows you to:
- view bills as soon as they are available
- view previous payments and your account balance
- check any exemptions and discounts that have been applied
- set up a direct debit. This will mean your payments are taken automatically
To sign up you just need a valid email address and your Council Tax or Business Rates account number.
