New-build local connection housing
We are committed to sustaining rural communities and helping households who live or work in the parish to stay in the area they are connected to.
Our local connection housing schemes allow residents with a local connection to register for housing in a new-build development without having to demonstrate a housing need.

At this time, we do not have any available opportunities under our Local Connection Scheme.
As soon as new opportunities arise, we will advertise them here on our website.

Apply with a local connection
Once the houses in the scheme have been allocated and if you have not been successful, your application will be removed from our Housing Register.
