Calling all businesses and entrepreneurs – free business advice and drop in session

04 Feb 2020

Horsham District Council is running a business drop in session to offer practical help and advice to anyone thinking about setting up a new business or expanding the business they already have.

The free to attend session will take place at the Council’s offices in Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham RH12 1RL on Tuesday 18 February from 11am to 3pm.

Are you thinking about starting a new business, or have you just embarked on your journey into running your own company?  Perhaps you are wanting to expand your existing business? If so, you may be feeling confused and overwhelmed by the amount of things you need to do and know in order to get going.  You may also be looking for some help with start-up funding.

Come along to this free event to access all the information you may need to help your business plans along the way.

Commenting on the event, Horsham District Council Cabinet Member for the Local Economy Cllr Paul Clarke said:

“I am really pleased that we are once again hosting this popular event.

“Helping local businesses to grow is one of our key priorities as a council. We will have plenty of specialists on hand at this event to answer your questions so do feel free to pop in for advice about running, growing or starting your new business.

“Anything from planning consents required, operating licences you may need, how to dispose of your commercial waste, to funding, free training and grants available – all are queries we can help you with.

We hope to welcome as many of you as possible on the day.
