Listed Building Consent
Listed building consent is required if you wish to demolish a listed building or alter or extend one in a way that could affect its character. You may also need listed buildings consent for works taking place within the grounds of a listed building.
To make an application for listed building consent, you will need:
- Application form: Apply online using the Planning Portal online form
- Fee: Check the list of planning application fees and charges
- Certificate of Ownership
- Location plan
- Block plan
- Elevations (existing and proposed)
- Floor layout/plans (existing and proposed)
- Section plans (existing and proposed)
- Roof plans (existing and proposed)
- Heritage Statement
- Heritage Environment Register Search
- Photos
