We are responsible for emptying litter bins in Horsham District. If you see a litter bin that is overflowing, please report it to us so we can check when it should next be collected and arrange a sooner collection if required.
If a litter bin is overflowing, please take your rubbish home with you. It is illegal to litter on public land.
