We are delighted to launch an exciting new app for our residents which will make accessing our services even easier from your smartphone, wherever you are, and whenever you need it. Whether you need to check your next recycling and waste collection day, find out if an item can be recycled or not, receive personalised notifications letting you know when to put your bin out and see if your waste collection has been delayed, all this is available via our new app.

What to do before bin day
Each week our bin crews will collect one of your bins. Here are three things to do before bin day
- Check which bin you need to put out. One week it will be green-top, one week it will be blue-top
- Put your bin outside by 5.30am. If you’re unsure where to put your bin, check where your neighbours put theirs
- Place your bin with the handles facing the road
