Request copies of Building Control documents

If you require copies of documents or would like us to carry out research on a particular site or property, please email building.control@horsham.gov.uk. We will advise you of the correct charge once we receive your written request.

In accordance with our records management policy, we do not hold documents for any applications which have been closed for 15 years or more and no further information can be provided.

Requests to view historic records for the purposes of preparing a forthcoming application will be considered as pre-application advice and charged in accordance with the Building Regulation (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010.
