There's still time to apply for two District-wide climate funds

Deadlines are fast approaching to apply for two climate-focused grant funding from Horsham District Council: The Community Climate Fund and the Nature Recovery Award.

1. Horsham District Community Climate Fund

The Community Climate Fund is grant funding available to local voluntary and community groups that share our vision of becoming a carbon neutral District.

The funding is to support projects that improve the physical environment in a way that also benefits the wider community.

Applications for the next round of funding closes Friday 12 November.

2. Nature Recovery Award

Wilder Horsham District is a unique and innovative five-year partnership between Sussex Wildlife Trust and Horsham District Council that has been established in response to the urgent pressures on biodiversity.

Wilder Horsham District offers a Nature Recovery Award available to support landowners and community groups wishing to implement practical schemes to expand and improve networks for wildlife across the Horsham District landscape.
