Horsham Wellbeing is a free service for adults offering advice and support to help you access local services and improve your health and wellbeing. You can have a one to one appointment with a Wellbeing Adviser for things like losing weight, getting fitter, dealing with stress, kicking a habit, or simply improving your general wellbeing. We also offer a range of free courses to help you make changes and live life to the full.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

Following government guidance we are now  able to see clients for face-to-face appointments at the Wellbeing Centre.

  • Group exercise courses including Outdoor Fitness, Pilates, Learn To Run, Swim4Health, Strong & Steady and Legs Bums & Tums are  running as face-to-face groups
  • Weight Off Workshops are running as face-to-face groups

To keep everyone safe we ask that you read and follow the guidance below:

  • Please attend the session alone or advise us if you require someone to attend with you
  • Do not attend if you or anyone in your household have had any recent Coronavirus symptoms (fever, persistent cough, loss of taste or smell). We will check your temperature on arrival using our electronic thermometer
  • Wearing a face mask is optional, however our advisors will be wearing either a face mask or visor during the appointment
  • Please practise social distancing where possible
  • If you have travelled abroad and the country you visited is on the quarantined list please adhere to current guidelines and cancel your appointment
