Horsham Wellbeing is a free service for adults offering advice and support to help you access local services and improve your health and wellbeing. You can have a one to one appointment with a Wellbeing Adviser for things like losing weight, getting fitter, dealing with stress, kicking a habit, or simply improving your general wellbeing. We also offer a range of free courses to help you make changes and live life to the full.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
Following government guidance to increase social distancing to slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), any face to face appointments or sessions will be conducted over the phone.
- Group exercise courses including Outdoor Fitness, Pilates and Exercise to Music have moved online.
- Learn to Run, Swim4Health and Strong & Steady are postponed.
- Weight Off Workshops will be replaced with over the phone support.
