The Drill Hall is available for public and private events. You can hire the Main Hall, the side rooms, or both.

Facilities
Horsham Drill Hall offers all of the following:
- Fully risk assessed to ensure a covid-secure environment and a welcoming feel
- A stylish 1920's design main hall with plenty of space to enable social distancing
- Two side rooms available to hire for smaller events and activities
- Free Wi-Fi
- Kitchen and refreshment area. The kitchen area has a small electric oven, microwave, tea urn and crockery
- Easy unloading access to rear of building
- A resident member of staff is available throughout your event
- There is a wheelchair ramp at the entrance to the building and one disabled toilet on the ground floor.
Main Hall
A large and spacious hall retaining the historic ambience of its original 1920s design, with a high ceiling and large sprung dance floor.
The Main Hall can be arranged to suit a variety of events from dinner dances and private parties to theatre style shows, public art exhibitions, workshops and concerts.

The Main Hall is a versatile space that offers a blank canvas for your event. Here are just a handful of ways it can be transformed.

Key features of the Main Hall
- Flexible seating arrangements including theatre style or around tables
- Removable stage to a maximum of 4m x 3m
- Large sprung dance floor
- Kitchen refreshment area with a small electric oven, microwave, and tea urn
- Services of in-house caretaker
- Side room available to hire alongside the hall for break-out groups and workshops
- Free wifi

- Normally up to 350 seated around tables
- Dimensions: 27m x 13.5m
Main Hall prices

Standard Rate | £76.28 per hour |
Community Rate | £52.69 per hour |
The side rooms can be added to a main hall booking for an extra £26.83 / £18.02 per hour.
A non refundable deposit of £50 or 20% of the hire cost, whichever is the greater, will be required on booking.
Prices are per hour and include VAT which is charged on all hires.
Times outside normal operating hours will be charged at double the standard rate.
These prices apply for normal operating hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 10am-11pm
- Friday and Saturday: 10am-midnight
- Sunday and Bank Holidays 10am-10.30pm
The Community Rate applies to events run by groups which are non profit-making, including charities and the NHS.
Side rooms
Two enclosed and adaptable spaces for break out rooms, meetings, training or minor exhibitions.
Room 1 isn't available when the Main Hall is in use.

- Room 2 dimensions: 6.10m x 5.55m
- Room 3 dimensions: 6.10m x 4.20m
