Steyning Neighbourhood Plan Examination

Independent examiner Andrew Ashcroft has been instructed to undertake the examination of the Steyning Neighbourhood Plan. The examiner has undertaken unaccompanied site visits of the area and has been issued all Reg 16 representations in full. Having undertaken a review of the representations Mr Ashcroft has conclude the examination will be undertaken through written representations and he has issued a Clarification Note to relevant stakeholders. The Examiner has provided a response to Natural England's Position Statement regarding Water Neutrality.

Steyning Neighbourhood Plan is currently out to consultation in line with the Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
