Planning Obligations and Affordable Housing
The Planning Obligations and Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document provides details on the provision of affordable housing, services and facilities and the priorities of provision that will be required when land is proposed for development. The document sets out guidance on the implementation of the adopted policies and is related to our Local Plan.
We adopted the Planning Obligations and Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document in September 2017 in accordance with the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act (as amended) and the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (As Amended) (Regulation 14).
