Our District is a great place to live and everyone deserves to benefit. We’ll provide help in tough times and build communities where people can flourish and have fun.

Dukes Square - the scheme is currently being assessed by Property officers to establish viability in the light of changes to the scheme and reduction in number of units. Amendments are being made to the design, before a Committee date is set.
London Road - previous designs were not acceptable to officers and Cabinet Members so new designs have been prepared and an initial planning steer has been favourable. Architects have now been instructed to formally design a scheme and take it through the planning process.
