LATEST NEWS: 13 November 2025 - The Council has written back to the Local Plan Examination Inspector in response to the Inspector's Initial Response to HDC43 (ID09).

The Letter to Inspector - Response to ID09 (HDC44), Appendix 1 Natural England Arun Valley Withdrawal Statement 31.10.25 (HDC44a) and Appendix 2 Additional Duty to Co-operate Information (HDC44b) have been published in the Examination Library webpage under 'Post Submission Documents'.
