West of Horsham Masterplan
On 31 October 2008 the Council adopted the West of Horsham Masterplan. The Masterplan goes beyond the principles of development for West of Horsham as set out in Policy CP7 of The Core Strategy (2007) and considers what type of place we actually want, how it will work, what facilities will be provided, how it will look and key areas that need to be protected. A copy of the Masterplan and accompanying Sustainability Appraisal and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SA/SEA) are available to download below.
In addition to the Masterplan a further Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), called the Design Principles and Character Areas, was adopted to address in more detail the design aspects of the development.
