Annual Parking Disc
The Annual Parking Disc allows you to park for the maximum stay in 12 village car parks for a fixed price of £18.00.
- You don’t have to be a Horsham District resident to buy one
- No need to use your disc on a Sunday or Bank Holidays as parking restrictions don’t apply
- The Annual Parking Disc is not valid at Southwater Country Park or Horsham town centre
- Extra discs cost £11 each and you can buy two extra discs per household

Where you can use the Annual Parking Disc
The Annual Parking Disc can be used at the following car parks. Simply set the time of the disc to your arrival and display it clearly on the dashboard.
Please note, the maximum stay length is not the same for all car parks. If you need to stay in the car park beyond the maximum period, you can purchase a pay and display ticket as well to display alongside your disc.
Billingshurst
- Library car park: 3 hours no return within 2
- Six Bells: 3 hours no return within 2
Henfield
- Library car park: 4 hours no return within 2
- Coopers Way: 4 hours no return within 2
Roffey
- Godwin Way: 3 hours no return within 2
Pulborough
- Lower Street: 4 hours no return within 2
Steyning
- High Street: 2 hours no return within 2
- Newmans Gardens: 4 hours no return within 2
- Fletchers Croft: 4 hours no return within 2
Storrington
- Monastery Lane: 3 hours no return within 2
- Library Car Park (North Street): 4 hours no return within 2
- Old Mill Square: 2 hours no return within 2

You can still pay and display at any of these car parks, but for most rural car park users the Annual Parking Disc offers better value for money.
If you park in one of these car parks for work, it could be worth applying for a long-stay car park season ticket instead.
The current Annual Parking Disc expires on 30 June 2023.
