Fairbank Southwater allocated parking permits
Parking permits for allocated parking bays are available for Fairbank/Station Road car park in Southwater. Residents and businesses can only apply for a parking permit for the bay associated with their property.
Permits are provided by our online system MiPermit.
To apply for a permit, click the button below to sign up or log in to your MiPermit account.
Your application will be verified within 24 hours, or on the next working day if you apply at a weekend.
Once your application has been verified, you will be able to:
- view, renew and amend your resident permit, including updating vehicle details
- update your personal details, such as your address

If you do not have access to online services, call Parking Services on 01403 215379 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) and a paper application will be sent to you.
Postal applications can take up to 10 days to process.
