Disabled residents parking permits
Blue Badge holders may not park in permit-holder only bays – such as those in the Controlled Parking Zones in Horsham and Billingshurst – unless they have a resident or visitor’s permit.
If you are a Blue Badge holder living in one of the Controlled Parking Zones and do not have a parking bay marked out for your use, you may apply for a free first resident permit. Check your zone and apply for a free first permit using the links below.
