West Chiltington neighbourhood planning
The West Chiltington Neighbourhood Plan is in progress.
West Chiltington Parish submitted their Submission draft plan to Horsham District Council on 19 November 2018. In accordance with legislation, the Council is in the process of considering whether the plan meets the Basic Conditions and can progress to Regulation 16 consultation and formal examination.

Area approval
Under Regulation 7, the Neighbourhood Plan Area was designated in February 2014.

Application
Under Regulation 5 and 6, West Chiltington submitted an application for designation in 2013. The consultation took place November 14 2013 to December 26 2013.
